Annual Return Schedule V - Part II of Companies Act - 1956 in Excel with auto fill function

As per Section 159 of the companies Act, annual return is to be filed with the ROC with in 60 days of Annual General Meeting. The format of annual return is prescribed in Schedule V of the Act.
