Revised Schedule VI format in Excel

Ministry of Corporate Affairs Revised the Schedule VI of the Companies Act 1956 in which the companies have to report the financial statements. The Revised Schedule VI is applicable for the financial year starting from 1st April 2011 and later years. Revised schedule VI is announced by the Ministry through its notification dated 28th February 2011. 

The format of Revised Schedule VI with the other required disclosure requirement in Excel is provided to enable the preparation of Financial statements.
